Cancellation Policy for Brow Expert Studio & Valentina MPM:

1. Enrollment cancellations must be made in writing to the Academy via email or registered mail.
2. If a cancellation request is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course, the Academy will refund the full tuition fee minus the $500 administration deposit fee.
3. If a cancellation request is received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course, the Academy will retain 50% of the tuition fee, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
4. No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received after the course has started.
5. If a student is dismissed from the course due to a violation of Academy policies, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy for Permanent Makeup Service:

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
2. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
3. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
4. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
5. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
